Daisy was born and raised at Temple Farm Stud in Wiltshire. She was the 3rd foal of the good Material Girl and she grew up on the rolling downland surrounding Temple Farm. Daisy’s breeder would be the first to admit that the stud is really only a hobby, with only two brood mares in residence!

However despite its size the stud has bred some good horses. Whilst Daisy would be the flagship for the stud other notables include, Half an Hour, Malaia, Malay, Eva so Charming, Mr Collins, Maybe the Business and the good pointers Jillywig, The King’s Fling, Aaron’s Run and Phar from Chance.

Daisy’s sire, Karinga Bay, has sadly died leaving the proven best of his bloodline in Material World.
